Bolivia: Aymara and socialista alternative

Abstract

This work has for objective show some reflections and concerns about the political events that were generated in Bolivia in recent years. For the political process in that country is necessary to characterize the historical subject that is carrying out these changes and how these translate into the Constitution by a referendum in 2008, to think about their challenges.
