Women situation related to gender in Argentina

Abstract

Human rights are rights inherent to all human beings and are interrelated, interdependent and indivisible. States assume obligations and duties, under international law, to respect, protect and fulfill human rights. The promotion of gender equality and eradicating violence against women, are essential to respect the right to a decent life. This article shows different international treaties and national laws of Argentina's human rights, just to think about the adequacy of public policies about the current situation of women in Argentina
