Abstract

The present work tries to reflect critically around the "politics of improving educational quality" that are being designed for Latin America by the dominant sectors of capitalist power... Deepening especially in the macro-educational policies, and strategies of "standardization" to strengthen market hegemony and capitalist society... in this sense develop the myths of "standardization" and capitalist construction of "Quality education" in all orders of the policy and institutional building education for Latin America... and the dangers around inequalities, exclusion and marginality which can lead social and subjectively in subjects.
