Good Citizens: an (im)possible project
Keywords:
citizen, citizenship, ethics, moral, educational policyAbstract
This paper presents an approach to some models of citizenship powered by the state in Argentina during the twentieth century. It deals with two models: one that understands the citizen as subjects of rights, and one that sees it as a subject of obligations. This distinction comes from the study of the educational policies of different governments.
