“Knots” for the training of educational researchers. A possible proposal

In this paper we present a proposal for the training of researchers in the Superior Level in the Faculty of Humanities of the National University of San Luis (Argentina). This proposal arises from the reflection upon the different issues that shape the practices of educational research in our graduate and postgraduate students in the career of Educational Sciences in our faculty. It also emerges from the review of extensive literature on these issues on the field of social sciences. On a first instance we present some of the issues in research practices widely known to all, both in Social Sciences and Education, and their expression in our faculty. Secondly, we develop some reflections on the key issues in the training of researchers in Social Sciences and Education and how they appear and face research practices of graduate and postgraduate students in our Faculty. Thirdly, we make some reflections upon the concepts of training and education in the Superior Level that have allowed us to think a possible proposal for the training of researchers in Education. Finally, we propose a model for the training of researchers, in both graduate and postgraduate levels, that we have called "knots".
