Abstract

This work aims at promoting the inclusion of transversal objectives and contents that address the development of social values in the different programs of the Facultad de Ciencias Humanas, Universidad Nacional de San Luis, Argentina. The work was carried out from the subject Didáctica y Curriculum, belonging to the Teacher Training Program in Psychology (Plan. No. 002/07). Some theoretical contributions were considered, and information was collected in relation to the concerns of the students during 2015. The completed data were obtained using observations and class registration, and also by the administration of an ad-hoc questionnaire. Thus, it was found that gender transversality is promoted as a pedagogical-didactic option, relevant in guiding social interaction patterns between internal and external levels of the university in the dimension of teaching practice, management systems and university culture. In turn, it refers to a review and reflection on the current contents of the curricula and syllabuses of the Teacher Training Program in Psychology.
