The aim of this paper is to communicate in a reflective way mi experience as a member of Research Projects in foreign languages at the National University of San Luis in articulation with some of the contents developed in the Post Graduate Course “Qualitative Research in Social and Human Sciences (UNSL, 2018), considering that our practices become meaningful only in the light of epistemological and methodological principles. It synthesizes the research development in reading en general, and particularly, in teaching and learning reading comprehension of academic-scientific texts in undergraduate courses at the UNSL. It accounts for the construction process of an object of study from 1994 to the present, framed within a critical-interpretative and complexity perspective and approached from a qualitative and dialectic relational logic.
