Abstract

This short essay attempts to show the ineffectiveness of the laws which tend to gradually incorporate younger children to the compulsory Pre-school level in our country. With this purpose in mind, and from a critical viewpoint, we make reference to the laws enacted to grant argentine children rights, but which eventually become clearly ineffective. We also take into account the adult`s role in general and the legislative official`s role in particular, who considers that his work ends with the enactment of the law and does not ensure its compliance.
