Abstract

In this paper we try to reflect on Orlando Fals Borda's methodological proposal: Participatory Action Research (PAR). We will do it using communication as a central concept. We believe that those who approach this type of practice have a dialogical predisposition that characterizes the type of communication we choose. However, while recognizing the fertile practices that researchers and community members have carried out, there is still an imbalance at the time of the sociabilization of the knowledge that has been collectively constructed. We propose to deepen the dialogical character of the different praxis through a communication that allows us to put in common, as one of the conditions of possibility for the transformations of the realities that oppress us, that alienate us, that dehumanize us. Communicating-us in order to transform-us is the proposal that emerges from these reflections
