Abstract

The present work is focused in the comprehension of theories with the objective of making an analysis of different administrative paradigms with the aim of achieving a deeper analysis on the organizational behaviour in educative institutions, stressing the first scientific studies, as: the classic ones, human relations and systemic theories. It is true that the history of the Scientific Administration has not always been considered an objective of knowledge, but it is not less true that at the moment there is a great preocupation in several investigators for producing their objetivation, in order to obtain a comprehension of the behaviour of the institutions. The problem appears from the complexity every time bigger of the totality of the society, from the diversity and the massive demands, from the lack of all kind of resources, among other causes. In spite of the above mentioned, many educative institutions are still determined by archaic burocratic behaviour. To know these theories will allow to understand destructive dynamic in our educative institutions.
