The educational institution facing serious pathologies of subjectivity: addressing the difficulty with contributions from psychoanalysis

The school setting is nowadays challenged to undertake a journey of discovery that allows the presence of students whose subjectivities prove to be different and complex to accommodate, calling for the need to find ways of being and living that fit each personal situation, helping to hold their permanence within the institution without neglecting the role that summons them... teaching. A path that is not easy to follow because it faces us with what we do not actually know how to handle. From our role as members of a counseling team in a public school in the city of San Luis, we have tried to capture in this work the type of work that has been done to meet these demands and where psychoanalysis is the theoretical orientation that underlies our conception of subject.
