The School of Law of the University of Orient as part of its methodological work dynamically perfect, the various programs of the subjects taught. One is the Integrator Legal Exercise IV, conducted in the fourth year of the career, with major impact on vocational training. The Discipline of Legal Skills, Performance Fundamentals general objective form the habits, skills and ethical convictions, and own a professional jurist policies and enforce proper training, which enables him to perform effectively in the detection and solution inherent in the different fields of action of law problems. To meet the demand for this discipline Integrator Legal Exercise IV, whose main guideline, among others, master the necessary theoretical assumptions of the subjects that are taxed at meeting the objectives of the year is shaping up to them according to content, in its links to criminal proceedings, namely request, propose, challenge, evaluate and appreciate the means of proof required to demonstrate the crimes. This article presents a methodological approach to the formation of criminal litigation competition from the Legal Exercise Integrator IV, in the fourth year students studying law in pursuit of facilitating the gradual acquisition of the competence of reference and students presented after graduation they can solve the most general and frequent problems of the profession in a criminal court.
