It is important to know if the teachers of Law in Cuba are able to teach in a law undergraduate program in another country from a different social, political and economical system. The aim of this work is to show that the training process of the Law professional in Cuba, while complying to the principles of the Cuban Higher Education System, does not represent an obstacle for a process independent from the economical system in which it develops and the prevailing judicial system. Transferring experiences does not imply imposing but systematizing in context, and it requires knowing the philosophical and epistemological fundamentals of the intended training process. This work describes the path from the professional training program to the teacher training program based on the philosophical, epistemological and judicial fundamentals. It is worth emphasizing that the Law program in the Universidad de Oriente has a long experience since it was founded 67 years ago and has been certified by the Junta de Acreditación Nacional in two external evaluative processes with the qualification of Excellent.
