Abstract

This work tries to show the problems of the middle school in the scope of the compulsory education. It takes into account the possibility of this to provide equal opportunities, real access, containment and permanence. The legislation reforms and compensation actions that worked the problem and the low and uncertain results obtained for this purpose.
